Students : Please show the packet "Ms. Fahmida's 5th Grade English Class" to you parents!
Parents : Please read the packet of information with your child. I have included the rules of the classroom as well as how I they will be graded in class. 5th grade will be challenging for many students. Please encourage your student to do their best and support them with their English learning! Encourage them to practice speaking English!
*PLEASE NOTICE THAT I HAVE A STRICT POLICY ON BEHAVIOR IN CLASS. Classroom behavior in class is 20% of their final mark. This is the same percentage as Tests and Quizzes! Please remind your student that if they do not behave in class they will NOT GET FULL MARKS!!! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FIGHTING IN CLASS! Fighting in class is an automatic ZERO for their daily grade!5B

5B students received a poem in class today called "The First Day of School". On the back of this worksheet there are questions that students can answer. Please review the poem.
**ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE THEIR 3 NOTEBOOKS (copy, dictation and vocabulary) and their English Folders for class!!**
